Refund Policy

Our policy allows up to 30 days returns after the product has been delivered. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, please send us the order number or copy of the receipt. When the item(s) is/are returned within 30 days after receiving the product, we shall do one of the three things; 1. process a complete refund excluding shipping 2. replace the item by sending you a new one 3. Send you a gift voucher which you can in turn use at If we receive products after 30 days have elapsed, you loose eligibility. In any case please drop us a line at

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. 

When your return is approved, your refund will be then processed and a refund will be processed using the same method of payment used when the product was purchased, less the shipping and in accordance with our bank refund policy. We shall notify the customer once we have deposited the refund. Please allow up to at least 5 business days before the refund registers in your bank account. 

If your refund is rejected, we can either send the item back to you at your cost or we can dispose it off at your advice. In any case we do not refund for a rejected item. A product may get rejected if it has been used or if the returned item arrives late against our ruturn policy, or any other reason that we may decide at our discretion. 

Un-refundable items
The following items cannot be refunded;
- Gift cards; A gift card can be refunded only to the person who paid for it and not to the receiver. 
- Sale items; Items on sale or special discounts are non-refundable unless there is a factory defect. Only regular priced items may be refunded

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 14 business days, first contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at, and we shall follow it up.

We replace items if they are defective or damaged or they do not meet the quality levels that we have promised, even though it is our commitment to meet the promise and exceed it! If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.  

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.  

Cocktail Making Experience

The cocktail making experience cannot be refunded after the service has been provided/consumed.

If the experience is cancelled 23 hours prior to commencing time, 100% of the total amount is refunded.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and therefore the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
